a) The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documentation required for the attestation process.

c) The client agrees to cooperate with Certify-eg and promptly respond to any requests for additional information or documentation related to the attestation process.
Intellectual Property:
Any intellectual property rights associated with the content, design, or branding of Certify-eg’s website, logo, or other materials shall remain the exclusive property of Certify-eg. No part of these materials may be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission from Certify-eg.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
